Ultra-stable, fixed XY-stage that supports plug-and-play installation of 8 uMp-3 manipulators. uMs-FXY provide height range of 185 – 220 mm when installed directly on antivibration table, when installed on uMs-MXY motorized translator height range is 226,50 – 271,50 mm.
